1. Rental Requirements
   Renters must be at least 25 years old, possess a valid driver’s license, and provide a major credit card at the time of rental.
2. Rental Periods
   Weekly and monthly rental options are available. Late returns may result in additional charges, including the daily rental rate, late fees, or other applicable costs.
3. Vehicle Use
   Rental vehicles may only be used for lawful purposes. Subleasing, towing, transporting hazardous materials, or crossing into restricted areas is prohibited without prior written approval from ATR.
   Insurance
   Renters must provide proof of valid auto liability insurance. ATR’s insurance does not automatically extend to renters unless optional coverage is purchased at the time of rental.
4. Liability
   Renters are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the rental vehicle during the rental period, subject to the terms of the rental agreement.
5. Payment
   All charges must be paid in full at the time of rental or return, as specified in the rental contract.
6. Cancellations
   Reservations may be canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees.
7. Dispute Resolution
   Any disputes arising from the rental agreement will first attempt to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of Sacramento County, California.
8. Governing Law
   All rentals are subject to the laws of the State of California.

   SMS opt-in or phone numbers for the purpose of SMS are not being shared with any third party and affiliate company for marketing purposes.

   9.2- Types of SMS Communications:

   If you have consented to receive text messages from Affordable Truck Rental, you may receive messages related to the following:

   • Follow-up messages
   • Billing inquiries
   • Promotions or offers (if applicable).
